To view all Sites' Tags, expand the TAGS offering in the pane.
Once expanded you will see a list of your available devices/sites, and each of these can be expanded to view its available tags. Clicking on a tag will bring up two options: Tag Settings & Notifications.
With the Tag Settings open, depending on your role you may have a few options available to you.
Name: You may be able to change the display name of a tag, shown in the settings as "Name". This will not affect stored data, all data is stored under the name above called "Tag".
Units: This is a display of the Units of Measurement
Display Precision: The number of digits to display after the decimal point.
At the bottom you'll see an item called "Enum Type". This is the status message list.
Some of these lists can be much longer than a simple True/False set of messages.
