Tag Computations

The Tag Computations section allows InSite administrators to create virtual tags where the computations are done in the cloud!

With Tag Computations, any mathematical result is possible.

• In our Totalized Gas Flow example, we have setup multiple gas flow tags to each be totalized over the Current & Previous Day/Week/Month, then each of these tags is created according to the output path.

• This data can also be back calculated with existing historical data. Meaning that as long as InSite has been collecting the raw data, then any computation performed on it will show along the same timeline trend.
