Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource such as an application or website. What this means is that besides the simple Username/Password combination to get logged into InSite, the app will also require that you enter a time sensitive code from an app on your phone, that only the app on your phone and InSite itself knows.
This security enhancement can be enabled per user, but can also be enabled for your entire organization, requiring that all users pair their account with an authenticator app the next time they attempt to login.
To access your security settings and enable/disable MFA, follow the steps below.
Click on the User icon in the top right of the screen, and select Account Security in the dropdown.
Next you will find the option to setup your Authenticator App at the bottom of the page.
Follow the steps in the following pages and link your favorite authenticator app, such as or one provided by your corporate IT).
